Privacy policy

CVLoom stores the resume content you create or import so you can edit and download it. That content stays on our server and is shown only to you.

What we store

• Your resume documents (the text and layout you enter or import).
• A functional session cookie holding a random identifier, so your browser can find its own resumes. No tracking or advertising cookies.
• If you sign in with Google: your Google account id, email address, and display name — used only to keep your resumes attached to your account across devices.

PDF import

When you import a PDF, the file is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) once, to convert it into an editable resume. It is processed under that provider's API terms and is not used by us for anything else.

Deletion

Deleting a resume in the app removes it from our database immediately. To remove your account data entirely, contact us and we'll delete it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, show ads, or share your resumes with anyone.
