About

959 / 2,600

I design the flows small businesses live in: scheduling and payments for a web app used by 18,000 owners, from the first research interview to the annotated handoff.

At Larkspur Software I own the booking redesign that lifted task completion from 68% to 84% across three rounds of moderated testing and two releases. Before that I ran my own practice for two years, delivering 14 projects across nonprofit, retail and early-stage B2B SaaS, including a food-bank donation flow that raised completed gifts 22% in its first quarter.

I came to design through a psychology degree and a UX certificate, and I work daily in Figma, Maze, Dovetail and UserTesting. I am looking for a product team where design sits in the room where scope is decided, on a product people use every week.

Austin-based, open to hybrid or remote roles in the US, two weeks' notice. The answers to the usual first questions, and my work, are on my Persona: cvloom.com/p/w1b8c2xv79y8748a
