- What to leave off
- Leave off father's name, date of birth, marital status, religion, caste, nationality and a photo unless the posting asks for one. None of it helps a shortlist and some of it invites bias. Drop the declaration block and the signature line too: a PDF sent from your own email is already yours. Keep the page to name, phone, email, city and one link.

Should I list every ward from the rotations?
Total hours plus the five or six major postings in one line. The internship entry then shows the ward where you did the most.
