Lead with the one you are applying for and keep the other internship on the page. A site-first resume for contractors, a design-first one for consultancies, same content reordered.
Do I list IS codes?
Yes, three or four that you actually designed to: IS 456, IS 800, IS 1893. Recruiters and ATS filters both look for them.
